Fastbraces
Fastbraces are a special type of braces that are designed to achieve the same results as traditional braces in a much shorter timeframe. Many orthodontic treatments that would be conducted with regular braces can be completed just as well with Fastbraces. Typical orthodontic treatment usually requires a person to wear braces on their teeth for two to three years, but with Fastbraces, the same outcome can be achieved in just three to twelve months.
Fastbraces work because they are designed to move teeth and their roots at the same time.
Unlike regular braces, which use multiple wires and elastic bands, Fastbraces are held in place using self-ligating triangular brackets and just one nickel-titanium wire. These triangular brackets are designed to conduct a sliding process, quickly moving teeth into the desired position. This special design also reduces friction and bone resistance, making them more comfortable to wear.
